Bernina of Renton employs in house full-time factory trained technicians for all Bernina machines.

Please bring:

• Sewing Machine

• Power Cord (If you are having power issues)

• Embroidery Unit (If that is the issue)

• BSR (BERNINA Stitch Regulator–If having issues)

• Bobbin Case

• General Sewing (Zig Zag) Stitch Plate (Not Straight Stitch Plate)

Do not bring any other accessories. If you are bringing in your sewing machine and embroidery unit to be updated, please save your designs to a USB.

General Sewing Machine Service

We provide top tier service for mechanical issues on home sewing machines, sergers, and longarm quilting machines.

Please bring:

• Sewing Machine with Power Cord & Foot Control

• Embroidery Unit (If Having Issues)

• Zig Zag Presser Foot

• General Sewing (Zig Zag) Stitch Plate (Not Straight Stitch Plate)

• Bobbin Case

• Bobbin

Professional Sharpening

We offer in house professional scissor sharpening. We sharpen regular shears, knife edge, and even pinking shears!
